A multi-hyphenate creative leader, she's known for big-idea storytelling, hands-on design leadership, and building teams that operate efficiently under pressure. Healthcare and Consumer agencies bring her in when they need a CD who moves fluidly between strategy and craft. Yulia is someone who builds insight-driven concepts, leads pitches, and stays close to the work. She believes the strongest stories are grounded in data, and she thrives working alongside brilliant, kind people with a sense of humor.
Yulia's career began at PAPER Magazine and evolved into entrepreneurship. Over the past decade, she's consulted for Prehype, a Venture Development firm innovating startups for Fortune 500 companies. She remains passionate about storytelling, social impact, and tech. Always upskilling, she recently completed a Product Management course at General Assembly. Curious and solution-driven, she thrives in fast-moving, high-energy environments.
As an entrepreneur, Yulia champions ideas that make the world better. In 1999, she co-founded her first tech startup, artsymag.com, which helped pave the way for artsy.net. In 2017, she founded Dream Nation Love, a podcast and creative agency focused on amplifying positive frequencies. She is also the founder of RAISE, an AI-powered SaaS fintech platform creating infrastructure for fundraising. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, Cosmopolitan, and Entrepreneur.
